• Fashion: Packing for the long haul

Mark has just found out he’s off to Asia in March and is looking for that perfect hold-all to take on a 14 hour flight. After all, he’s got to keep himself occupied and there needs to be space for laptop, iPad, chargers and proverbial change of pants for arrival. So we spotted this amazing duffel bag from new brand Travail en Famille, who are launching their debut range. They’re all about vintage-looking prints and do a wide selection of scarves and bags to suit both men & women.

  • Interiors: Print us something cute

While at Home London, we spotted Print and Wallpaper designer Rachel Powell and loved her cute and colourful prints. We loved her ‘Play Nice’ print, which is part of her MiniMe collection that launched in the latter part of last year. There’s really great content on her blog, including this time lapse video of her printing the collection.

  •  Food: Tooting takeout

One of our local curry houses is Dosa n Chutny, the Tooting hot-spot is very tasty, unfortunately our last takeout was cold and it took ages to come BUT it is worth a visit.

  • Places to go: Look to the skies

On Sunday, we took a little wander to the 32nd floor of the Walkie-Talkie building, to visit London’s highest public green space, the SkyGarden. The viewing deck opened to the public earlier this month and we’ve been itching to get a chance to come up here. With two restaurants and a bar, it could be a contender with The Shard and Centrepoint for dining and drinking at a height, but we’ll just stick to the open-air balcony for now.
