Controversial as it may be, we actually spotted a Victorian conversion flat outside of Du Cane Court that we really loved. Sticking to the SW17 postcode, this find is quite a quick walk to Tooting Bec Station – ideal for commuting. We also love this flat for its proximity to Tooting Bec Common. With its large lido and great walks, we often spend our Sundays here!
The first thing we spotted in this flat was the fabulous exposed brick wall. Painted in a fresh white, we think you can’t go wrong. Also, the integrated bookshelves would look great with our moderate library of books! The hardwood floors also caught our attention and we’re already thinking about what colour rug would complement this…
Probably one of our favourites so far, this definitely has all the interior features that we’re looking for.
