As we’ve expanded our search for a flat South, towards Tooting Broadway, we spotted this quaint two-bedroom terraced house on Lessingham Avenue. Just a five minute walk to both Tooting Bec and Broadway stations, the flat is still in our perfect location in this South London bubble!
The large kitchen in this property is made to be cooked in and we love it’s stark white appearance. The dresser unit will look fabulous adorned with David’s growing collection of colourful plates and we would love to inject some bright pops of colour into this room. Better keep a steady flow of bleach to keep the clean appearance!
We also love the bedroom in this property. It’s apple-green walls look nice and fresh and the large windows will ensure we could get plenty of light in! Also, like the other flat we spotted South of Tooting Bec you get a lot more bang for your buck. This flat has two bedrooms, which is something we’re really looking for.
With another two-bedroom flat in our budget, we’re starting to feel quite confident about getting a decent sized flat for our money.
