- Fashion: dapper dogs
Like dogs? Like fashion? Like men? Then like us you’ll love Chien C’est Chic!
A blog by our good friend Euan, the blog shows fashionable men with their much more fashionable pooches.
- Interiors: straight from the Souks
Direct from the Souks of Marrakesh comes the latest collection from Maud Interiors. These Berber cushions are designed by French artist Sylvie Pissard who works with local Berber seamstresses to create these beautiful designs. The cushions retail at £85 each and can be purchased here!
- Food: sausage variations
In honour of having Mark’s parents down for the weekend, Sunday’s breakfast of course consisted of square sausage. Best with a crusty roll and lashings of butter & ketchup. Move over bacon, there’s a new hangover remedy in town.
- Places to go: up through the trees
On Sunday we decided to head to Kew Gardens. The weather was perfect, Autumn had definitely made its entrance and there are some really great things to see and do.
The treetop walkway takes you 18 metres up in to the sky, far enough for you to skim and walk amongst the top of the trees. The views great and it’s ideal for parakeet watching – not for the height shy however!
As well as fauna, flora and a fab little shop (we have a couple of new plants now adorning the home), the palm house was perhaps our favourite spot.
It’s the first time we’ve been and although quite pricey (there are several further charges for things once in too so it does add up), it’s a great day out and worth the visit.
- Just because: do you want fries with that?
