The votes have been counted and verified and G. F Smith can announce that Marrs Green has been voted the World’s Favourite Colour.
Following a global survey by the renowned papermakers, the teal hue, named Marrs Green in honour of Annie Marrs who participated in the survey, has won. The shade will now join the Colorplan range as the temporary 51st shade, and is now available for use by designers, brands and individuals.

It’s a vibrant, bold colour that we’re sure will resonate with many. Following Pantone’s announcement of Greenery as the Colour of the Year, Marrs Green is certainly has a more dramatic, intense feel.
